Ownership of the iPad transfers to the recipient upon delivery/collection.

Fireco Ltd are not responsible for any damage/irregularities with the iPad.

There is no Warranty on the iPad except for such a Warranty that automatically ships with the device. If it is non-transferable between Fireco and the recipent, then the recipient will have to arrange for a new Warranty/Insurance to be attached to the device.
