Michelle joined us in September 2002, she leaves people quaking in their boots but is really a softy at heart. She brought with her a vast experience of managing teams in a variety of organisations.
As Ops Director, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of company operations across Customer Services, Administration and HR and she does so phenomenally well. Michelle is CPP qualified and has an MSc in Personnel and Development from Brighton University, so good for her.
