Fire Risk Assessment
To provide awareness, appreciation and practical application of Fire Risk Assessments, carried out as part of existing and future legislation on fire safety in the workplace. The duration of the course is two days and it is approved by the Institution of Fire Engineers.The target audience are person(s) nominated as the ‘responsible person(s)’ under fire safety legislation, also those persons who have an interest in the functions of fire safety risk assessments either from a general management or an enforcement authority perspective.
Fire Safety Awareness
To ensure all employees are fire aware and understand their duties and responsibilities in the event of a fire occurring. To improve confidence in reacting according to the fire plan and routine including evacuation procedures. The duration of the course is 2 Hours and it is approved by the Institution of Fire Engineers. The target audience is Employees, agency staff etc
Fire Warden/Marshall
To make personnel who have been designated as ‘Fire Wardens’ in the workplace aware of their extended responsibilities and duties in the event of fire. To be aware of the risk assessment process and how to assist the Responsible Person.
Fire Trainers Course
To provide the nominated person with sufficient knowledge to deliver competent Fire Awareness training to staff. The course also deals with the legislative framework behind the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order.
Fire Management Course
A course designed for the nominated competent person(s) to be able to interpret and implement the findings of the Fire Risk Assessment. The delegates will be taught the various skills needed to keep the fire precautions within your workplace effective and to be able to monitor their suitability.
e-learning Fire Safety Awareness training
Developed specifically for the care sector this course is designed for care staff, to ensure they are fire aware and understand their duties and responsibilities in event of a fire occurring. The advantages of e-learning are its flexibility and cost efficiency, in some cases reducing training costs by up to 70%.
