Being hardwired into the fire panel, the DMS controller runs off the 24V auxiliary connection and does not need any additional power source. The DMS controller utilises the C (Common) as well as NC (Normally Closed) volt free contacts.
Service Plan
We understand that you, the customer, do not want the bother of maintaining equipment...you have enough to do, but it is vital for a fire safety service like DMS to offer continuous protection which is why we have developed a Service Plan which comes with each DMS Unit.
The Service Plan covers:
- Back-end administration and maintenance of DMS database
- Full backup and recovery protocol
- Annual inspection & maintenance visit by a qualified technician
- DMS controller firmware upgrades
- All sent SMS messages
